According to the Constitution the military is permitted to overthrow any party that is abusing their powers. The question is if Obama and the Democrats are abusing their powers? The answer is yes with out a doubt. The Democratic party has abused their powers when they used their government positions to allow their sponsors to use the airways, public schools, colleges, park systems, both Houses, the Judiciary and the Presidency to cause half of the citizens of the United States to act discriminatory against Christians so that they could create an atmosphere in which they could get away with the criminal act of fabricating the fallacious First Amendment redefinition called "separation of church and state" so that they could create a Constitutional mandate to force Christians to act like Atheists in public and thereby conform to the Socialists goal to establish Atheism as the state religion in America and so that their Socialist judges could get away with the criminal act of citing the legal precedence of other nations in order to change the laws in America to conform with the Socialist's agenda to legalize the Socialist mores in America.

I've seen hundreds of statements here at YA claiming that the Obama administration has acted unconstitutionally.

We have a mechanism for dealing with allegations of unconstitutional actions by the executive--the federal courts.

Presidential administrations have been sued hundreds of times in our nation's history for performing unconstitutional actions. Sometimes, the plaintiffs in these lawsuits prevail, and presidential actions are held to be unconstitutional.

For example, Truman tried to seize and have the government operate steel mills without receiving any legal authority from Congress or elsewhere. The Supreme Court enjoined the President's action. Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer, 343 U.S. 579 (1952). This is just one of many examples where the President's actions have been held to be unconstitutional.

Has any individual or group of people yet sued Obama, claiming that some action by the administration is unconstitutional? If so, regarding what?

Have any lawsuits against Obama that claim his actions are unconstitutional succeeded? If so, how?

If no one has even TRIED to challenge the constitutionality of Obama's actions, what does this say about the claim that Obama is acting outside the Constitution?

N.B.: Please don't talk about the birth certificate lawsuits. Those lawsuits do not pertain to any of Obama's actions/policies since taking office (and no lawsuit has gone anywhere, anyway).
I'm very surprised that conservatives didn't even try to give a thoughtful answer to this question.

Anyone with any brains knows that the Bush administration was filled with traitorous, Constitution-raping, freedom-stripping, murderous criminals.

So what's taking the new administration so long to overturn their outrageous, unconstitutional bills & statutes and prosecute them for the massive amount of wrong-doing they did during their eight-year stay?

Was all of the evidence destroyed?
Is there some kind of secret understanding that a current administration will not go after a previous administration?
Are both administrations actually part of a single corrupt organization, just putting on a partisan show for all of us?

Does this mean that it is possible that the Obama Administration did not read AZ's SB1070, The Dodd-Frank Economic "Reform" Bill and the Obamacare bill?

Have they even read the constitution?
