A lot of things–but hre’s three:
>A rollback of the policy of the Bush administration to cut job training, placement and educational assistance, and legal protections for people with disabilities.
>Declare organizations to be legally terrorist groups–which is what they are in fact. And subject any members to prosecution. (BTW–I’m white)
>A full scale committment to high technology, including alternative energy, electric cars, and space travel/orbital manufacturing.
Mass suicide?
Prosecute the Bush administration for trashing the u.s. constitution.
1. Comprehensive deportation of ALL illegals.
2. Stepped up profiling of all those with even the most remotely "suspected" terrorist ties, and deporting them back to their middle east nation of origin.
3. Mandating a forty hour work week for all welfare recipients capable of working.
4. Incentives for mortgage lenders to allow conventional mortgages to be assumed.
5. Appointment of Conservative justices to the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade and outlaw abortion.
6. Providing comprehensive health care for veterans.
Just by getting rid of the illegals and mandating the "employment challenged" welfare recipients to work in low paying civil service jobs, will pump funds back into the economy. Instead of being so top-heavy by way of accountability, Obama’s administration should start from the BOTTOM, UP.
That would tick off the majority of the electorate who voted for Obama. We couldn’t have that now, could we?
Specifically I want him to do 5 things.
1. Appoint a secretary of culture and a secretary of technology for the federal government. The reason is because our culture needs to be preserved in schools and certainly throughout the rest of the world. We are one of only a few countries in the world who do not have one. Its about time we emphasized how cultural this country is. Also the CTO of the government is something really desired because with such a position they could make our government actually work seamlessly with technology while at the same time setting specific standards for improvements across the technological specturm.
2. Focus hardcore on reestablishing this country from the bottom up. This means really pointing a laser focus on improving the health, living, education and income of the lowest in our country. This means coordination that we have never seen.
3.Re focus efforts in space and specifically partnerships to improve technologies and cooperation. Not to mention achieving great things through our current programs and beyond.
4. Do not be timid in execution of these plans. Be as progressive as is needed.
5. Lastly, triple the amount of investment in research and technology to almost as much as spending on military because our efforts in moving forward all depends on our ability to invent the next big thing.
