I never said illegal immigration isn’t a problem- and the increase in illegal and violent activity in Mexico is well documented. I am pointing out that you can argue that Obama has done a better job with our illegal immigration problem than any of his predecessors.

I find it interesting how focused and locked into illegal immigration problems Obama’s opponents have become. What did you think of Bush’s plan (including his amnesty plan and his statement that we need them to do jobs that Americans won’t)? Or Clinton? Or The other Bush? Suddenly the federal government is failing and Americans are dying in the street. What did you think about the policy before the guy you hate was President?

I have a source from 2009 stating “President Obama is expected to announce as early as Friday that he will remove all U.S. combat troops from Iraq by August 2010, three months later than promised during his campaign, U.S. officials said. ”

Progressives like Obama are trying to institute many of Karl Marx’s policies, in part because they have no concept of Liberty and Morality, but mostly because they ignore the lessons of History; in particular the Holocaust and the Holodomor. They like to tell you that the reason Socialism and Communism fail is because it hasn’t been tried under the right conditions yet. Marx, himself, believed that it would work best in a country that would have been at one time the very seat of Capitalism.

Well Obama sent troops to Arizona- which would you prefer? What possible good could come from him actually going there? Do they want Presidential hugs?

Can’t have too many crossing illegals killed- but I think if we just focus on capture and return for the first six months- deadly force only if necessary to protect American life- bring the crossings to 5-10% of what it is- it will make an impact. I think the fed should fund the state- and make them state agents trained by the fed. Then start arresting people after that and demand punishment from Mexico- but also make a path to citizenship- or at least work visas.

According to the sources and the first video there was some parts that appeared as misinformation at 1:20 Obama stated
“We have to began a phase withdraw have our combat troops out by march 31st next year.”
The date on the video for that moment is 7/23/08 and the withdraw he is referring to is the “De-escalation Act of 2007″ which plans to have the combat troops out by March 2009.

I don’t see how this is making Obama appear that he has lied. What I see is Obama is stating if we aren’t out by the time he is president he will get his join chief together and make a plan to leave Iraq.
At 4:35 Obama states “Combat troops out withen 16 months”

Obama may be referring to the “De-escalation Act of 2007″ however it still compares to our current leave date August 2010 which is the 19h month of his presidency. Although can not tell for sure on the video what he was referring to.
