There is already free or very low cost health insurance from the government.
Here’s a long list of links to dot gov siteshttp://www.simplyinsurancequotes.com/lin…

Not much. Obama has been careful to state throughout the campaign and into his term, “You can buy the same insurance that U.S. congress provides to its’ members, or you can buy your own plan if you like that one better.”
Trust me the government plan would cost a fortune. No deductibles, no co-pays, no pre-authorizations, no referrals. That plan will be somewhere around $600.00 – $1k/month for individual in excellent health. Family will be about $2k/month. Take the 65% discount and your still looking at $700/month.
    Thanks for the help Pres.

  3. I don’t know, but it’s refreshing to hear a question like this instead of calling Obama a socialist, communist and making fun of his beautiful wife. We’ll hear more about as time goes on. You’re one of 47 million people without insurance and these racists are putting him down.

  4. WP Robot says:

now im not calling obama a socialist as the person above me claimed that many people are, but it’s your lucky day that i’m going to begin to pay for your health insurance!

  5. Messenger of God says:

I think it will take a while before the Universal Health Care can start. I think he said that after 2010 half of the money will be invested in the plan.

    So far, nothing.
All you have right now is the promise to pay 65% of your COBRA if you are unemployed.
